Brass Professors

He studied at the Galician School of Higher Musical Studies. He studied at Musikene and completed a master’s degree at the Amsterdam Conservatory. He belonged to various young orchestras such as ONSG, JONDE or NJO. He collaborated with the orchestras Ciudad de Granada, Bilbao Symphony, Royal Philharmonic of Galicia, Youth Simon Bolivar (Venezuela), Porto Casa da Música Symphony (Portugal), Jalisco Philharmonic (Mexico) and Royal Concertgebouw (Netherlands), among others. He has been a teacher at the Celanova Conservatory and at the Verín Conservatory, director of the Santiago de Arteixo music band and collaborator of the Galician Symphony Orchestra.

He has the title of Professional Degree from the Professional Conservatory of Music Jacinto Guerrero with the highest marks in Horn, Band and Chamber Music for which he receives an Honorable Mention. He continued his higher studies at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Madrid, finishing them at the Conservatory of Music in Vigo. He took Management courses with Enrique García Asensio and Pere Molina González. He is in possession of the Pedagogical Aptitude Course and has also completed the Humanities Degree at the University of Castilla la Mancha.

Member of the Palau Les Arts Orchestra and tenor / bass trombone in the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra, he belonged to the Navarra Symphony Orchestra, Gustav Mahler Jugendorchester, Young National Orchestra of Spain and West-Eastern Divan. He has collaborated with the Orquesta del Teatro “La Fenice” in Venice, the Munich Philharmonic, the Galician Symphony, the Royal Philharmonic of Galicia, the Staatskapelle Berlin, the Barcelona Symphony, the Hong Kong Philharmonic, etc. He teaches courses and recitals at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Vigo, where he studied music, A Coruña, ESMUC and Musikene.

He completed higher education in the tuba specialty at the Eduardo Martínez Torner Higher Conservatory of Music and a Master in Interpretation at the Conservatorium van
Amsterdam. Member of the Young Orchestra of the Principality of Asturias (Jospa), of the Young National Orchestra of Spain, of the NJO: Dutch Orchestra and Ensemble Academy and has collaborated with the Simón Bolivar Youth Orchestra of Venezuela and the Teresa Carreño Youth Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela . He has more than a dozen awards and has collaborated with numerous bands and orchestras.

Bachelor of Music in the Tuba specialty from the Higher Conservatory of Music of the Principality of Asturias, with Honor Registration and End of Degree Award. He has the Professional Title of Tuba with Extraordinary End of Degree Award at the Professional Conservatory of Pontevedra and the Master in Teacher Training for Secondary Education. He has collaborated with the Royal Seville Symphony Orchestra, L´arpa Festante Barock Orchestra, Forma Antiqva, Teatre Nacional de Catalunya, among others.
